3. User Eligibility
3.1 Professional Requirements
To use the Service, you must:

ANESTESIO IS A DOCUMENTATION TOOL AND DOES NOT:
- Make clinical recommendations
- Provide drug dosage calculations
- Offer diagnostic support
- Replace professional medical judgment
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANESTESIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anestesio from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws
- Any content you submit to the Service
- Any clinical decisions or patient care you provide
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@anestesio.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@anestesio.app to attempt informal resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Florianopolis, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anestesio
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
